Yard sales are permitted ONLY on the dates listed above.
During the posted date/time the Homeowners will be permitted to have yard sale signs on their property and at the front of the community. Yard Sale signs may be displayed 24 hours before the sale and must be removed within 1 hour after the sale ending time. If a Homeowner has a yard sale on a date other than an approved community Yard Sale date, they will be fined $100 on the first offense and $175 on every subsequent offense.
